Description
Woke up early and went for a drive around Mount Carleton Provincial Park in New Brunswick on a frosty October morning. When driving by this lake, I noticed something moving in the distance. It was a moose cow, swimming across the lake. I knew moose could swim, but I had no idea they were so fast in the water. I only had time to snap a couple of photos until she was out of sight. What a great way to start the day!
